Black Lime, otherwise known as Dried Lime or Loomi, is a spice that originates from Oman and is commonly used in Middle Eastern dishes. Black Lime can be used whole, sliced, or ground into a powder to provide a wonderful sour flavour to soups, stews, and teas.
